Before Dr. Oz and Dr. Gupta, we had Dr. Dean Edell: an ophthalmologist and surgeon who hosted the syndicated Dr. Dean Edell radio program for over 30 years, and answered your medical questions on any and every topic during more than 15,000 “medical minutes” on the radio.

Even though he’s now retired, Dr. Dean graciously offered to be my guest on this this week’s episode of “Off the Cuff w. Rep. Huffman.”

Among his many qualifications: Dr. Dean is a constituent of the second congressional district of California and lives in beautiful Mendocino county.
